These terms govern your use of ARISA Visitor Visual (the "Service"). By creating an account you agree to them.
We provide a website-analytics tool that visualises your site's visitor traffic as a live 3D city, delivered via a tracker script you add to your own website and a dashboard you access at this domain.
New sites start with a 7-day free trial. A payment card is required to start a trial but is not charged until the trial ends, unless you cancel first. Subscriptions are billed via Stripe at the price shown for your plan at signup, either monthly in advance or annually in advance at a discount if you choose annual billing. You can change plan, update your payment method, view invoices, or cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal, linked from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges; we don't pro-rate or refund partial months or years except where required by law.
You may only track traffic on websites you own or are authorised to track. You won't use the Service to collect data on visitors in a way that breaches applicable law (including GDPR) in your own jurisdiction — the IP anonymization and erasure tools exist to help you stay compliant, but your own site's privacy notice to your visitors is your responsibility, not ours. You won't attempt to abuse, rate-limit-bypass, or reverse-engineer the tracker or dashboard.
Each plan has a monthly pageview allowance and a data-retention window, shown on our pricing page and enforced automatically. Exceeding your pageview allowance doesn't stop your site working — new events beyond the cap simply aren't recorded until the next billing cycle.
Sharing your referral link may earn you a free month when someone you referred completes their first paid subscription — full terms of the reward (eligibility, timing) are as described in your dashboard at the time it's earned, and we may change or end the program for future referrals with notice.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update these terms or the Service itself from time to time; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate §3 (acceptable use) or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.
